Liquid screed is a more cost efficient way of getting a perfectly level floor with minimum fuss. The easy to pour material offers many advantages over traditional sand and concrete, and it perfect for homes using underfloor heating thanks to it's thermal insulation qualities.
Applied using our state of the art Pulitzer Worm Pump, liquid screed can be laid quickly and efficiently, often at rates up to 100m2 in just 45 minutes. It creates a stronger, more durable surface than traditional screed, meaning less is needed and it can be laid at a lower depth. This allows for cost savings as well as benefits when it comes to underfloor heating. Once laid, liquid screed is dry within 24 - 48 hours, meaning it does not hold up any work on site. It is available in a range of specifications meaning it is perfect for any developer.
